Chinese New Year Celebrations

Not the most auspicious set of colors, but it contains red.

Today was the day of the Chinese New Year celebrations at my school. I had been planning to visit my former teachers after we were let off.

Unfortunately, I had to go home early.

Shortly after a lion dance performance by our schoolmates, I had a bad stomachache. I told my classmate to help me bring my calligraphy materials (there was going to be a calligraphy competition) to the location of the competition.

I had nausea afterwards, but did not throw up in the toilet (thankfully!). In the end I decided to ask for permission to go back home. Permission obtained, I went home and had a rest. I recovered shortly before my lunch and that’s why I had the time to start this blog today. And watch anime. I’m going to read some Chinese essays soon.

See, I didn’t 100% slack off!

After encouragement from my peers to start a blog, here it is. In all its no-categories no-archives no-links (at time of writing) glory. I’ll probably be putting a lot of pictures (usually not drawn by myself) on this blog, and artwork will be posted here.
